What I do

I know from experience, a founder’s journey is a constant challenge.

As founders we have higher highs and lower lows. In a culture where we are so focused on work, productivity, and status, founders need support to stay grounded and true to their values.

My coaching is effective, actionable and dependable. I mitigate the learning process, empowering you and your decision-making to build a company you love.

The best thing about our sessions is Noah’s ability to recognise patterns. As we’ve run into challenges, he is immediately able to cut to the chase and identify why those patterns kept circling back. He does this with an infectious, relentless optimism.

Founder / Co-Founder Coaching

As a founder you have no one you can turn to who gets it, who doesn’t have an ulterior motive, and who has the bandwidth to always be supportive. I am that person.
There are times when you may be too busy putting out fires and attending to pressing issues to work on the big rock goals we have established. This is normal and is always respected.

Without my coaching, my clients are much more likely to burnout, make bad decisions, and act in ways that are out of their own allignment (the type of decision making that will stick with them in the form of large regrets that they think about years after leaving their company — believe me, I am living it).

Co-Founder Relationship Development

As a co-founder you are essentially married to your co-founder.
We all have our quirks, our strengths and weaknesses, and due to a handful of reasons and factors, co-founder relationships are the number one reason why start-ups and scale-ups fail.
Some of those reasons: Most co-founders have never been in couples therapy, most co-founders are not romantically involved (so they don’t have access to the relational strengthening tools that we have in our intimate relationships), and lastly the majority of the time a co-founder is running their start-up, the environment is stressful, fast paced, and has a handful of threats and worries present.
I am willing and capable of getting into the muck with my clients and helping them navigate the immense difficulty of a co-founder relationship because I have felt their feelings.

Burnout Prevention Workshops

No one trains you to be a founder, it is just assumed that you will know what it takes. By nature of who we are as people willing to become founders — the lack of training, and the low odds for success, burnout and misalignment are always right around the corner...

As a result, you may find yourself:

- Taking actions not in line with you and your character

- Treating others with disrespect and not how you normally would

- Depression and anxiety

- Bad decision making

- Losing yourself

In my burnout workshops I give you the space and the tools to consciously zoom out, face your fears, move past them, in order to reach your full capability and accomplish your goals — and to do this ongoingly.
